AI Platform for Business Solutions
The AI Platform for Digital Assistants and Agents
The Intelligent Extension for Business Applications
The Next Vision AI Platform enables end users to communicate with digital AI assistants and agents in natural language, helping them with a variety of daily tasks.
These include, for example:
- answering questions related to the current context
- creating visualizations
- searching for relevant information
- supporting and automating business processes
Existing business applications (e.g., BI, CRM, ERP, PPS) can be enhanced for our customers with innovative AI capabilities, such as Instruct, Chat, and Content Generation.
The foundation is an open AI platform based on Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenShift AI, complemented by a business-oriented architecture developed by Next Vision. This architecture includes, among others:
- Knowledge Base
- Vector Database
- Semantic Search
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Web Search | Web Crawling
- Content Generation
Next Vision installs and configures a dedicated AI platform for each customer – either in the customer’s own data center or in a hosted data center.
The infrastructure is built according to the required system specifications and includes GPU-accelerated servers with at least two NVIDIA L40S GPUs to run Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenShift AI.
The existing relational database (“nv_dwh”) from the current BI platform is extended by a vector-oriented knowledge database (“nv_vector”).
This enables company-specific data to be used not only in structured form, but also as unstructured data, such as:
- documents
- images
- videos
- binary data
- audio files
These data sources can then be utilized by digital assistants, AI agents, and intelligent business processes.
This process is initiated for each of our customers and tailored to the company’s specific business data, information, and the knowledge derived from it. Based on this foundation, a semantic data model is created along with a customer-specific vector model, which serves as the basis for AI-powered applications.
Our platform can be operated either on-premise in the customer’s own data center or within a private cloud infrastructure — directly on the IT infrastructure of our customers.
This ensures that no data needs to be shared with US-based companies and that sensitive business secrets remain within the organization. At the same time, data governance is ensured in compliance with European regulations, particularly the EU AI Act and data protection requirements.
In addition, Next Vision supports companies in building expertise in the field of Data & AI and in bringing together BI and AI teams, enabling organizations to establish data-driven innovation sustainably within the enterprise.
